The Challenge

The Landing A-Wing at Park Shore came to us with a unique selling problem: 89 new luxury condos on Lake Michigan's shoreline that didn't exist yet, paired with an existing condo development from the early 2000s that carried its own established brand. With sales happening largely in the pre-construction phase, buyers had to fall in love with a home they could only see in renderings and floor plans. The Landing needed a brand that paid homage to the first three wings while selling a fresh vision of lakeside luxury living.

The Solution

The A-Wing needed to feel like a natural next chapter, recognizably part of the Park Shore family, but unmistakably its own elevated era. We developed a visual identity that carried forward the refined, contemporary expression suited to luxury lakefront living. From there, we extended the system across every touchpoint a pre-construction buyer encounters: logo, color, typography, wayfinding signage, webite, social media, and the sales and marketing collateral that had to make renderings feel like a real future home.
