The Challenge
Ebb & Flow is a homegoods and design shop based in Milwaukee, WI. We have had the joy of working with them since they opened in 2023. They came to us looking for custom packaging, merch and this last spring, they wanted to overhaul their website to be more branded and focus on e-commerce. The goal: to create a website that delighted and encourage discovery in a similar fashion to shopping in person.
The Solution
The trick was balancing fun, playful elements while maintaining an incredibly user-friendly shopping experience. We did this through hover elements, custom cursors, and a heavy use of custom illustrations and photography. In the end, we created a color-filled, joyful website that mirrors the real-life experience of the Ebb & Flow shop.
