The Challenge
As an already successful event series, Show & Tell for Grown-Ups came to us looking to upgrade their visual identity to match the energy of their weekly events.
The challenge was capturing the nostalgic warmth and playful creativity of summer camp for an adult audience, without relying on typical outdoor/nature imagery since these events happen in Chicago venues.
The Solution
The solution? Create a brand that channels childhood creativity through a grown-up lens. Using digital paper cutouts, playful layering, and mixed-media collage techniques, we built a visual system that feels like flipping through a thoughtfully curated scrapbook: nostalgic and handmade, but refined.
The DIY aesthetic captures that summer camp spirit of making something with your hands, while the intentional execution keeps it decidedly adult.
