When OJOY came to us they knew exactly who they did not want to be as a brand. The non-alcoholic wine space was filled with brands that were painted pink and often targeting individuals who were expressly looking for a N/A wine. OJOY wanted to create a brand that would speak to all wine drinkers whether they were looking for something with or without alcohol.
We also needed to create a brand that worked as a single product but would also be adaptable enough to expand as new varietals were launched.
With the OJOY brand, we knew we wanted to create a visual identity that was bold and unapologetic but also elevated. We kept the color palette simple yet bold. This monochrome color palette can easily be adapted to add new color pairings and new products are launched. At second glance, the initially simple text logo showcases two distinct faces that are then incorporated as characters throughout the brand.
